Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

The website has been designed and built with accessibility in mind. In particular:

• Pages use a clear heading structure and labelled navigation landmarks, with a link to skip directly to the main content.
• All menus, accordions, tabs and forms can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and background colours are chosen for sufficient contrast, and text can be enlarged without loss of content.
• Images carry descriptive alternative text.
• Form fields have visible labels, and required fields and errors are identified in text.
• Animations are limited to subtle fades and are switched off when your device is set to reduce motion.
• The layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktop screens.

We review the website regularly, but some content may not yet be fully accessible. Where we become aware of a barrier, we work to remove it as quickly as possible.
