From the first requirement to final delivery, one counterparty is responsible for the goods, the documents and the schedule.

07 SERVICES · ONE CONTRACT
We identify, verify and contract producers able to meet a buyer’s specification, volume and schedule. Sourcing covers new suppliers and alternatives to existing ones, with samples, factory assessments and sanctions screening before any commitment.
For producers, we manage the sale of goods into foreign markets: contracting with the buyer, export documentation, pre-shipment inspection, cargo booking and export clearance, so that the producer deals with one counterparty rather than a chain of them.
For buyers, we act as importer of record where appropriate, including into Mexico under our registration in the Padrón de Importadores. We handle classification, valuation, permits, duties and taxes, and deliver cleared goods to the buyer’s site.
We plan and book sea, air, land and multimodal transport to suit the cargo and the schedule, arrange insurance, and track shipments from collection to delivery. Consolidation, breakbulk and out-of-gauge cargo are handled through established forwarders.
SEA · AIR · LAND · MULTIMODAL
Goods are classified and declared correctly in origin and destination, with the certificates, licences and labelling each market requires. Our compliance framework applies to every shipment, whatever its size or route.
Where the goods or the contract require it, we arrange inspection during production, before shipment or on arrival, through independent inspectors. Findings are documented and resolved with the producer before goods move.
We advise buyers and producers on market entry, sourcing options, Incoterms, landed cost and the regulatory requirements of a new route, drawing on our experience across sectors and markets.

Contact usKVNG 2HANDEL is a general international trading company. We import, export and source goods across clean energy, sustainable energy, construction and infrastructure, textiles, industrial equipment and machinery, and raw materials and commodities. Our track record is strongest in clean energy, sustainable energy and construction, and our registration in Mexico’s Padrón de Importadores includes specific textile sectors. If a requirement falls outside these sectors, we will say whether we can serve it.
Yes. For buyers we source, verify and contract producers and manage the trade through to delivery. For producers we open routes to foreign markets, handle export operations and act as a single counterparty for the sale. In many trades we act as principal, buying from the producer and selling to the buyer; in others we act as an intermediary on agreed terms. The role is settled in the contract before goods move.
We are headquartered in Cancún, with an office in Mexico City. Mexico is our home market for imports, and from our two offices we trade with producers and buyers across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, subject to the sanctions and trade controls that apply.
Before we trade with a producer we confirm its legal standing and ownership, screen it against applicable sanctions lists, and assess its production capacity, quality systems and certifications. Depending on the goods and the value, we obtain samples, commission a factory assessment or arrange pre-shipment inspection by an independent inspector. Verification continues through the relationship, not only at the start.
Yes. We plan and book sea, air, land and multimodal transport, arrange cargo insurance, and prepare the export and import documentation for each shipment. Customs clearance at origin and destination is handled through licensed brokers working from documentation we have checked. Into Mexico we can act as importer of record under our registration in the Padrón de Importadores.
