Every operation follows customs, tax, trade and sanctions regulations, and we expect the same of our partners.

01 / 05Our commitment

Goods move only when customs authorities, banks, insurers and counterparties can rely on the documents and the conduct behind them. Six commitments apply to every operation, whatever its size, sector or destination.

We identify and verify every supplier, buyer and service provider before we trade, and review them as the relationship continues.

We screen counterparties, goods and destinations against applicable sanctions and export-control regimes before each transaction.

We do not offer, give or accept bribes, facilitation payments or improper advantages, directly or through third parties.

Goods are classified, valued and declared correctly, and duties and taxes are paid in full in every jurisdiction we operate in.

Contracts, invoices, certificates and shipping documents reflect the transaction as it took place, and are retained as required.

We collect only the personal data we need, protect it, and process it in line with the data-protection laws that apply to us.
